Two ways to add a payment method:

1. Swipe right in the cards section on the home screen and tap the plus sign
2. Tap on “Wallet” in the navigation bar and then tap the plus button (bottom right)

After either way, choose your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions.

1. Tap on “Wallet” in the navigation bar.
2. Tap the three dots (•••) next to the payment method you wish to remove.
3. Select “Delete” from the drop-down menu and confirm by tapping “OK.”

The Monyx Card is a virtual prepaid card and the default payment method in Monyx. You can top-up your card using credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Enjoy a 10% bonus when topping up the maximum amount and earn up to 10% cash back through gamification after each purchase.

1. Tap on your Prepaid Card.
   Note: If the card isn’t top-up enabled, you’ll see the last actions without a top-up option.
2. Choose a preset amount or enter a different one.
3. Choose your payment method.
4. Tap “TOP UP” to complete the process.

For automatic top-up, enable the trigger. This feature is available for credit card payments and will auto-fill based on your last top-up amount. You can adjust the Auto Top-Up Threshold in your settings.

Machine operators can provide all types of promotions and incentives. These might only be available
to you if you use your prepaid card to purchase a product.

Yes, the 10% bonus is available for Prepaid Card top-ups, but it depends on the card operator’s settings.
When you go to top up your Prepaid Card, look for a badge over the amount choices indicating the bonus.
If there’s no badge, the bonus is not enabled for that particular Prepaid Card.

Rewards are promotions such as discounts and punch card offers from machine operators.
Easily identify active campaigns on a machine by looking for a badge on the machine’s photo.
Manage and track your reward progress in the Rewards section.

A punch card is a promotion offering Buy “X”, Get 1 Free (the “X” depends on the specific campaign
the operator is offering). You do not need to register to activate a punch card. Once you have
purchased the necessary number of products, you will automatically receive a free product on your
next purchase.

To view your transaction history, you have two options:

1. Tap on ‘History’ in the navigation bar to see a comprehensive list.
2. Alternatively, tap the Monyx card or Prepaid card you wish to check and go to the ‘TRANSACTIONS’ tab.

The related transaction details will be displayed.

Take the following steps:

1. To contact the machine operator for assistance or a refund, tap on the machine within the app to navigate to the machine’s page, where you can find the operator’s contact information under “Customer Support.”
2. For additional assistance or to provide feedback, go to the menu, select “Help Center” > “Contact Us,” and submit a detailed message about your experience.

No, refunds given by the operators are not actual funds deposited to your account but rather a
prepaid voucher you can only redeem at the specific operator’s machines. If you wish to receive a
different type of refund you should contact the operator directly.

To pay with Monyx Wallet, you need to:

1. Link Monyx to a machine:
   • Tap the scan icon in the top-right corner of the app to activate the QR code scanner.
   • Scan the QR code found on the machine or its card reader to instantly link it to your app.
2. Choose your payment method:
   • Select either your Monyx Card or a Prepaid Card.
3. Initiate payment:
   • Tap “Pay” and follow the on-screen instructions on the app and machine, along with any voice prompts or LCD text prompts on the card reader.

The key differences are:

Usage: The Monyx Card works on any Nayax-equipped machine, whereas the Prepaid Card is limited to the operator’s machines.

Balance: Nayax manages the Monyx Card balance, while the machine operator manages the Prepaid Card balance.

Refunds: Refunds for the Monyx Card are handled by Nayax while the machine operator handles Prepaid Card refunds.
